Bali cuisine is Famous for pork dishes and Nasi Ratus, it just Similar to mixed rice, the nasi Ratus has side dishes apart from a main dish comes wit the rice .What Special About the nasi Ratus is the side dish has its own ingredients and spices Wit diferent choices in the menu set....
But they didnt served BALINISE most famous BABI GULING !!!!! I'm Kinda feel disaipointed...hehe
The entire restaurant is truly original balinese concept,decoration and everything that u sit on and what u saw is fully imported from Bali, the tables, statues, etc etc..
1st floor of the restaurant can fill about 40 people,u might can do a booking for 1st floor for any private celebration....

I'm Not exactly a huge fan of Balinese food, I was actually quite amazed that I enjoyed this meal......
The Uma occupies 2 floors of a shoplot, their first little business venture with objective of providing good food in cosy environment.
The restaurant incorporates contemporary Balinese design on the ground floor and a more relax sit-on-the-floor paddy field inspired design on the first floor.
The Uma, self-designed and decorated, is envisioned as a place to spend quality meal time with family and friends in a relaxing ambience with cultured Balinese hospitality.
Feast of Balinese food is however only available during festive celebrations and religious ceremonies.
Here is The Uma, our kitchen strives to dish out authentic Balinese cuisine common in those celebrations.
